How to Register

Please complete registration through the 9th World Congress of Chemical Engineering website. If you wish to take advantage of the discounted registration fee, it is strongly recommended to registerby April 25, 2013 to meet early bird registration.

• Please sign-up and login first to proceed with On-line Registration.	• Please select your category based on your status and put detailed information regarding social functions.	• Registration without clearance of payment will not be accepted. • Registration fee could be paid by using credit card or wire transfer.	• Please visit 'My Page' to check your registration status and moreoptions.

Letter of Invitation (for application of visa for admission into Korea)

To request an invitation letter, please visit ‘My Page’ and fill out the Invitation Letter Request Form and upload a copy of your passport. Invitation letter will be sent to the designated participant upon completion of registration along with a full payment. This letter is NOT a commitment on the part of the WCCE9&APCChE2013 organizer to provide financial assistance to any participant or accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Method of Payment

• An Acknowledgement of registration will be sent to your e-mail upon your registration, which is not equivalent to Confirmation as it will ONLY be provided manually upon clearance of a full payment.

• Receipts will be provided at the on-site registration desk upon arrival.

• Payment in USD will(must) be converted to KRW by following methods.

Credit Card

• USD Registration fee will be automatically converted to KRW based on real-time exchange rate.

• Paying with a credit card using Visa, Master, JCB and AMEX is available via online registration.

※ Due to the Security Problem, the Korean Exchange Bank(Card) accepts only authenticated card from July 1, 2010. Please Click to download more detailed information in English.

Wire Transfer

• USD Registration fee must be converted to KRW based on real-time exchange rate.
• Any bank charges are to be borne by registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted.
• A copy of remittance receipt should be faxed or emailed to the secretariat.
※ All bank transactions must be clearly marked with the registrant's name.
• Wire transfer usually takes few days to be processed. Please be sure to remit the amount before the published
deadlines (Early Bird / Advance).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation.

• All refunds will be made after congress for administrative reasons and bank charges will be deducted from the refund
amount.
